Privacy Policy

AdLlama (“AdLlama,” “we,” “us”) is a Google Ads management, reporting, and analysis service operated by Ruskin Consulting. This policy explains what information we collect, including Google user data, how we use and protect it, when it is shared, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you. Information we collect and access

When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name and email address) to create and identify your AdLlama account. If you authorize the Google Ads permission, we access the Google Ads customers your Google login is permitted to manage, their account and campaign configuration, and advertising performance data such as campaigns, ads, assets, keywords, search terms, budgets, costs, clicks, impressions, conversions, and related metrics. We also retain records of actions taken through AdLlama and service logs needed for security, troubleshooting, and auditing.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide and improve user-facing AdLlama functionality: authenticating you; discovering and limiting the Google Ads accounts available to your agency; synchronizing and displaying reports; identifying optimization opportunities; answering questions you ask; and carrying out Google Ads changes that an authorized user requests or that an authorized agency configures through an enabled workflow. Depending on the feature used, those changes may include budgets, ads, keywords, negative keywords, or related account settings. AdLlama does not make an account change merely because an AI model generated a suggestion.

How Google user data is stored and protected

Google Ads reporting data and account-access mappings are stored in access-controlled cloud databases. OAuth refresh tokens are stored only in access-controlled server-side systems and are available only to services that need them to make authorized Google Ads API requests. We use encryption in transit, role- and tenant-based access controls, least-privilege service credentials, and logging intended to prevent one customer from accessing another customer's data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell Google user data, use it to serve advertising, or share it with data brokers. We disclose data only as needed to operate features you use: to contracted infrastructure and hosting providers that process it on our behalf (including database, hosting, logging, and Google Cloud services); to a selected AI provider, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, when an authorized user asks AdLlama to analyze data with that provider; when you direct or consent to a disclosure; to investigate security or abuse; or when required by law. Providers are permitted to process the data only to deliver the applicable service to AdLlama and its users. We do not use Google user data to train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

Google API Services — Limited Use

AdLlama's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for serving advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent for support, for security purposes, or as required by law.

Data retention & deletion

We retain Google user data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, meet contractual obligations, and comply with law. When the applicable retention period ends, the data is deleted or de-identified. You may request disconnection and deletion of your AdLlama account and associated Google user data by emailing us. We will process verified requests subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and accounting retention requirements. Revoking AdLlama's access from your Google account permissions stops future Google API access; you may also ask us to delete data previously stored.
